I read Holes the other day. I really enjoyed it, it's a nice mix of fairy tale and hard reality in the form of a Texas work camp for juvenile delinquents. It must be a pretty easy read because I read half on the train/tube journey up to one of my customers in London and the rest on the way back (about 3.5 hours total). |
